1. What versions of Windows can MonitoringPC run on?

Answer: MonitoringPC is fully functional on all windows platforms. I.E. Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP operating systems. Our application has been tested many times to ensure it works 100% with your operating system.


2. Can I view logs in real time with MonitoringPC?


Answer: All loged files can be viewed in real time. MonitoringPC will upload all logs every 2 minutes ensuring your logs are fresh and accurately up to date!


3. How do I install MonitoringPC remotely?

Answer: MonitoringPC was made to be very user friendly. The MonitoringPC application can be completely configured in your user control panel right here online. Once your configuration is complete you must download the application to your PC. To remotely install MonitoringPC you must attach the monitoring module to an email and send that email to the Pc you intend to monitor!

4. Will users know MonitoringPC is installed once they execute it?

Answer: MonitoringPC's installation will not be detected. You will be able to attach an image so the person receiving the email will see only an image with a message from you.


5. How do I view the logged information?


Answer: Each MonitoringPC member receives their own personal MonitoringPC control panel console for viewing logs. Unlike other products our server centralizes member information and dynamically stores that information after your purchase. If you are having difficulty finding your username and password please read the email you received upon MonitoringPC instalation. This email will explain what is needed to view the logs. This is where you will obtain your login information. All of this is done dynamically online!


6. Can anyone view my log files?


Answer: You are the only one who can view your logged information inside your MonitoringPC control panel console with your username and password you have created during signup..


7. How often are logs cleared from my account


Answer: Each MonitoringPC member account offers you the ability to clear the logs for all users being monitored or selected users being monitored. You can remove logs at anytime. We will clear all user logs at the end of every month to create faster access to your members account.


8. Is MonitoringPC detected by virus scanners?


Answer: Of course not! MonitoringPC is a professional remote monitoring solution designed to be just that. MonitoringPC does not and will not be detected by virus scanners. This includes Macafee and Norton anti virus.


9. Can MonitoringPC work on any internet connection?


Answer: Yes, unlike other products MonitoringPC can work on any internet connection. This includes Lan, Dsl, Cable, T1, or dial up connections.



10. I cannot download and configure my module?


Answer: Please check the receipt received upon purchase. If u still experience problem please email our support team.



11. How does the MonitoringPC module get on a remote PC?


Answer: There are multiple methods you can use to get the file on the remote machine. The most widely used option is to send it via e-mail, and have the remote user execute it (keep in mind, once it is executed, they will NOT be prompted with any dialogs or windows. MonitoringPC will begin monitoring their machine in 110% stealth).

The other options would be to manually run the file on the target machine, or copy it to a floppy disk or CD, take it to the machine, and run it yourself. The possibilities are endless - however, once the module is executed, it will continue recording until YOU stop it from doing so!



12. How can I stop MonitoringPC from recording data on a remote PC?


Answer: To stop MonitoringPC from recording a user, simply select that user from inside the MonitoringPC control panel (after you have logged into your account). Once the user is selected (the user which you wish to no longer monitor), select "Uninstall MonitoringPC" from the left hand column. MonitoringPC will be removed off that PC immediately the next time it connects to the central MonitoringPC server!



13. How do I clear the logs from a recorded user?


Answer: To stop clear the log data MonitoringPC has recorded from a user, simply select that user from inside the MonitoringPC control panel (after you have logged into your account). Once the user is selected (the user which you wish to no longer monitor), select "Clear All Logs" from the menu bar. All of the logs MonitoringPC has created will be cleared immediately.



14. My username and password are not being accepted?


Answer: Ensure that when you login to your MonitoringPC Member Account, that you are using your EXACT username and password that you created when you received the instalation email confirmation. All usernames and passwords are case sensitive.


16. How often are logs updated?


Answer: All recorded MonitoringPC logs are updated server wide ever 4-8 minutes (it is done at random intervals). It is best to check logs everyone once and a while - as it may take extra time for the logs to upload if the user is on a dial up connection.




17. Can MonitoringPC work if a firewall is present?


Answer: MonitoringPC will record and deliver all recorded data to your control panel regardless of whether the remote pc is behind a router or firewall configuration. All logs will be delivered secretly undetected by the remote user.
